Rally point flags are hidden inside of large obstacles

Possible solutions:

Making the flag ignore the z buffer and just appear on top (my preference).

Placing the flag where the rally point path meets the entity.

Placing the flags above the entity (looks silly with trees).

Manually setting the position in the entity templates (lots of manual work).

Adding a special edge case for trees and otherwise putting the flag on top of an object.

We could also do away with the flag altogether in this case or replace it with some other indicator. One possibility is making the target selection ring blink when the rally point is displayed. We could also use some sort of 2D overlay.

I like bruno's idea here. We can develop this a little more.
