Rally point flags are hidden inside of large obstacles

Making the flag ignore the z buffer and just appear on top (my preference).
Placing the flag where the rally point path meets the entity.
Placing the flags above the entity (looks silly with trees).
Manually setting the position in the entity templates (lots of manual work).
Adding a special edge case for trees and otherwise putting the flag on top of an object.
