Spawn point (SPQR Banner) stays if Building (Temple; Aedes) gets deleted

Description

Build a temple, set a spawn point with a right click somewhere, delete (why is this not called destroy?!) the temple. The banner does not get deleted and stays visible all time.

Other buildings were not tested.

This is probably my doing; might have forgotten to listen to events indicating that the entity got destroyed.

Delete rally point marker entity when entity is destroyed. Fixes #1254.
