[NEEDS INFO] Camera doesn't move after mouse pointer in window mode

Also if i return to fullscreen mode after it, i will have such trouble in this mode.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64; CPU: i5-2400; Video: nVidia GeForce? 210

Hmm, are you sure it doesn't move at all? It can just be that the area you need to be in for the camera to move is so small, and if the mouse doesn't stay within the window it can be hard to be close enough to the edge of the window to move the camera, without moving the mouse pointer out of the window.
