Description
Make --with-spidermonkey-tip the default.
Make update-workspaces.sh run the new SM build script.
Compile the new version for Windows.

Done. (I didn't want to wait for that patch to be checked in, so I just applied it on my local copy.)

If I wait a tiny bit for this bug fix, then it should be safe to run SpiderMonkey without JS_THREADSAFE. That'd save a load of messing around with NSPR on Windows, which would be great. Hopefully they won't take too long to review the patch there...
