Description

The Atlas map editor should include a minimap, to give you an overview and to allow quick navigation.

I don't know where it should appear - overlaying the world view? in one of the current UI panels? in a separate draggable window? Would be nice if it was resizeable (which would constrain where we can place it). There should probably be some way to hide it. Clicking on a point should move the camera there. Needs to (efficiently) update dynamically as you edit the world.
