#5933 closed defect (fixed)
Lobby gamelist will sometimes show of a match a newly joined client as observer when he had actually been immediately assigned to an open player slot.

Description
After applying Phab:D3394 as a fix for #5929, it is revealed that an issue remains that sometimes causes the gamelist to wrongly show a newly joined player as an observer.
The issue is similar to, but distinct from, #5929
The fix addresses both issues.
