1. SPLASH SCREEN

Once the program has been executed, the Wildfire Games splash screen movie will be displayed (probably done in Flash, if we do one at all). We will not have an introductory cinematic unless we can find a decent license-free movie encoding format, so assume for the moment that we won't have one. If a movie has not been installed, it will be skipped.

The player can press Esc to skip this sequence, or disable it in the options menu (enabled by default).
