Essential: * Multiplayer with at least 2 players. * One civilization (Hellenes) in a balanced state. * 2-3 maps. * Enough art to support the maps and civ we choose. * Non-working features hidden from user interface, non-existent units disabled, etc. * Sufficient testing to ensure stability and performance on a wide base of systems. Inessential, but would be nice: * Easy to use game settings program (beats editing user.cfg). * Rudimentary matchmaking service supporting NAT punchthrough. * Hotloading in Atlas. * Rmgen integrated into game engine. * Review and update of the profiling and crash reporting tools. * Sound. * Some sort of single player sandbox, like maybe a simple "fixed force" scenario where you fight against a static enemy. * (Better/automated) Compression of the data files before downloading.
