- Units can have a height offset relative to the terrain (eg flying units, or ones the scenario designer has decided to make float in the air, for some reason)

What types of Anchor are still needed? The rotation is implemented in #1988, but using a different schema.
The zVariance seems a strange tag. And I don't know if all the others need implementing, or what schema should be followed.
For that, I'm adding the design keyword.

IMO we can forget about the other properties on that page, they will be dealt with by other components (ZVariance
is handled by build restrictions, AutoFlatten
may not be implemented at all, of course AbsoluteAltitude
is Altitude
)
