Use seed value for voice pitch randomization

Description

Currently, every time you select the same unit, it has a random voice pitch. Instead the entity ID or similar should be used to seed a RNG so the voice pitch is constant. Another idea is setting an entity's seed value for consistency even when it is promoted or turned into a corpse, and this could be shared with e.g. actor variations.
