Description

when a unit is in respondHoldGround, its range of answer-to-attack is smaller than the los. So it can't respond when an ennemy enters its los. But then, there are no more notification that the attacker is moving closer, so the unit will not respond before being attacked. here is a patch to solve that problem.

I think it was the same problem as #1843 which I've submitted also recently. My configuration was broken, creating weird bugs.
