Redesign Lobby Login UI — at Initial Version

Description
The current lobby login UI is not intuitive, wastes time, and is in the old UI style.
The following need to be done:
- Update to the new UI style.
- If no saved login, show registration predominantly.
- If saved login, try logging in automatically (possibly confirm before logging in?).
- Consider removing option to specify nick on login.
