script errors when built against system spidermonkey with --enable-intl-api

Description
Lots of script errors, but game still starts fine.
This is problematic since some distros don't even provide a switch for this and unconditionally enable this. Installing the bundled spidermonkey in some random directory with path hacks is also not very nice.
