As you see I'm missing the whole bottom part, making me unable to launch the simulation.

On my kubuntu 14.10, I've the full window when starting. But if I do twice alt-enter (first to go full-screen, and second to go back windowed), I see the same problem of missing the bottom of of the atlas window. When in full screen, it seems the window is always complete.
