Many GUI controls are still using old "Modern Red" style rather than the new "Stone" style — at Initial Version

Description
For example the following windows:
- Learn to play;
- Multiplayer setup windows;
- Tools and options windows;
and probably some other.
Eventually the "Modern Red" style gui should be removed.
