3124	Selection bounding box of buildings is sometimes bigger than it should be	dg1727 "I will attempt to attach a couple of screenshots that show the problem.

Problem is duplicated with alpha 18 on Linux as follows:
 * Punjab (2-player) skirmish, Mauryan civ.
 * Build a Barracks in front of the CC, first rotating foundation of Barracks 180 degrees from the default.
 * Move the camera to a position similar to that indicated by screenshot.
 * In the mode in which mouse-over a building causes the blue (or whatever the player's color) selection footprint, try to select the civil center.

In both screenshots, the red dot shows approx. where the mouse was when the screenshot was taken. For the Barracks screenshot, the mouse was well outside what the player would perceive as the bounding box of the building, ''and'' was definitely within the bounding box of a different building (the civil center).

The Civil Center screenshot was taken immediately afterward, and shows a version of the problem that isn't as bad (the mouse is within the bounding box this time); but this version of the problem still causes that which is selected to be something different than what the player probably wants to select (the ground beyond the civil center).

The exact same problem with the Civil Center happens when the camera is panned forward (W key) with respect to the 2nd screenshot, so that the selection footprint isn't visible. This can cause a click on ""the ground"" to be a click on the CC without any advance cue to the player. "	defect	closed	Should Have	Backlog	Core engine	worksforme
