    29 I removed the XP drive physically and re-installed Windows 7. I initially closed this ticket because of this B.S. response from the 'holier-than-thou and if you can't figure it out then you're a moron', "Sanderd17" who said the stupidest and most ignorant thing to someone who '''WAS''' reporting when they first noticed the error, "It's also sad you didn't notify us when you saw the error".

    31 This coming from an ignorant holier-than-thou moron who told me to attach a file that doesn't even exist as he gave me the wrong file name to look for as if I was suppose to know. Also that help file doesn't even address the location of the, "system_info.txt" file.
