[PATCH] add gaia player in all maps

r17984 fixed temporarily autostart to run with maps with gaia in the PlayerData (null for the time being as done in skirmishes/Golden Island (2).xml). But a full fix would be to add gaia in all maps, as well as in atlas. Then the current fixes in source/ps/GameSetup/GameSetup.cpp and in binaries/dat/mods/public/simulation/helpers/Player.js should be removed.

This should possibly be done by extending the mapcompatibility script, or providing a variant of that that does that. We should probably also increase the map version (which is something I didn't do in the first place when adding an entry for the gaia template (which currently is null, but should be changed to be the actual gaia player template)).
