Instant replay - switching betwen replay and live mode

Description
Once #3261 and #3963 are implemented, it should be easy enough to add a button for observers to watch a part of the replay of the currently running game and switch back to the live scene afterwards.
Similarly in singleplayermode the player could watch a part of the replay while the running game would be paused.
Extension: On join, observers could be asked whether they want to see the the live scene or enter replaymode.
