Description

In alpha 20, the top panel is very clogged with the playerselection dropdown and follow-player option. The name often doesn't fit into that dropdown.

There should be a new icon that if clicked, shows either a dialog or a transparent overlay (like the gamespeed dropdown), thus cleaning the top panel.

New observermode options could be added then too easily.

Move tickets to In-game UI as UI & Simulation got some sub components.
