Custom replay date/time filter

Description
Currently the replay menu can be filtered by the month the game was played in. It were better if one could just type some numbers and filter with a regular string search. Thus one could find all replays of a given year, month or day or even time-range.
The logic would be very similar to the playername filter, so perhaps it could reuse the same code, a common helper function (perhaps not).
