    22- We ought to remove un-necessary dependency on Enet for address-to-human code and STUN in general. This seems easy enough since *nix and Win32 share mostly compatible APIs, and in the future we can hope C++ will standardise something.
    33  - The opposite was done in Phab:D1676, but it can be used for reference.
