4378,[PATCH] Display heroes of all players in observermode,elexis,,"As of r18361, we can show up to 10 heroes in the top panel. It would be great if observers see a link to every (non-gaia) hero in the top panel (especially useful for regicide).

It should be sufficient for `updateHeroes` in `session.js` to check for all player states if `g_IsObserver`. The hero tooltip should show the name of the player that owns the hero.

A nice addition would be colorizing the hero button in the player color, like #4167.
