4431	[PATCH] Petra AI - Respond to Ally / Neutral Requests	Sandarac		"Currently if you try to ally or become neutral with an AI player it will not respond (you will become allies/neutral with them, but they will not change their stance towards you). The AI should respond to these ""requests"", but overall, AI players should be reluctant to accept them, and they should decline a request if it would result in the end of the game.
