Properly display different traintimes in training tooltip

Description
When you select two buildings with different train speed for the same unit (e.g. batch training time with CC and barracks with faster batch training speed tech researched) it just shows the train time of the firstly selected building. We should display max and min traintime. (like "31 - 37")
