Description
I managed to successfully get the source code from https://github.com/0ad/0ad but now I am looking for Art Source files from Github too.
Could you please create another repository on your Github account for the art source ?
For example, a clone of https://svn.wildfiregames.com/public/art_source/trunk/ that could be located at https://github.com/0ad/art_source/ ?
Ideally, this repository would also be in sync with the one hosted on SVN.
Please.

Hello, git is not suited at all for handling large binaries like art. On top of that, artists don't need the functionality git offers, and SVN provides a perfect versioning system for their use.
If you really want to use a git client to checkout the art_source repository, I suggest you use git-svn (however you might understand why git is not recommended for this, as you will experience slowdowns).
