Send spectator assignment/player slot advertisement as client to host in gamesetup

Client sending a command like /spec in chat to the host with then gets assigned to a spectator slot at hostside. (Better would be here to also the player been removed from the player select dropdown list, but thats another task, just to keep it simple for now here to get something done here. XD.)

Showing then an information in the chat to all like "<PlayerName> assigned to spectators slot." f. e.

There can be also then a button somehow to assign to spectator f.e. could also be for now just a command, also shown in /help then.

Another task would be (just to be easy here also for now to get something done forward XD) to make advertisement as client for a player slot to the host. Maybe togglable as a button. With a column like header name "Ad", with a tooltip describing it f.e. a "+/-" button like take little space described then function in tooltip, in every slot row to toggle advertise as client for a player slot.

When client then wants to get (also good for balacing advertisements) into one slot and clicks that advertise button, it sends a message to the host, that got shown as like a count number for advertisements in the advertise column maybe behind the player select dropdown that there is an "advertisement" for that slot. Could also be some several advertisements ofc from some different clients. So just showing a number there.

The host then sees that advertisements number and can look into the player select dropdown for the slot and see f.e. after the client's name an f.e. "(Add)" or "(Add-me)".
So the host can choose if he follow that advertisement and chooses the player. An advertisement can ofc also be again take back by hitting the "-" button in the advertisements column. x].

(Thats a very easy idea here, i hope it can be done. And does not hurt to much at any point somehow. XD. Only want to get maybe now some opinions here.)
