Description
wowgetoffyourcellphone has mentioned that the Phalanx formation animation does work properly for spearmen, just the other units don't have that animation, so we can easily use it.

Makes phalanx animation and formation available to all spearmen of all civs. Patch outdated since the formations folder was moved.
