The displacement vector depends on the viewing angle
Shadows for some reason move with the angle. You can see it in the alpha 22 trailer in the relic scene IIRC.

Can you reproduce it always or it's random? The problem with shadows may come from low free GPU memory. Next time when it'll happen, could you set the shadow quality to Low/Very Low, then turn off and turn on shadows without reloading?
Also how is it appearing? At the moment or they start differ slowly?

Replying to elexis:
Are you sure that the shadows are at mathmatically incorrect positions? To me it only looks like the sun elevation on these maps is so low that the shadows are close to horizontal. Also consider there are elevation differences as seen on the screenshots.
The shadows are totally displaced. It looks like the shadow map of the whole map is taken scaled rotated and translated with some random numbers depending on the viewing angle. Replying to Vladislav Belov:

Unfortunately just random. Will try your tip when experiencing it again.

It just comes at some moment.

Are you still able to reproduce it? Did you try my tip?
Didn't happen again iirc.
I guess this issue happened on Windows and I switched to Linux at some point.

That kind of problem might mean an OOM or a driver bug. Since we don't have any other reproduce nor a similar report I'm closing the ticket.
