4922	Disable map rotation hotkey in ingame chat	Dunedan		"While moving the map using Shift + arrow keys is already disabled in the ingame chat window, using CTRL + arrow keys is not. So when using CTRL + arrow keys in the ingame chat to jump from word to word the map gets rotated as well. Therefore the map rotation hotkey should be disabled in the ingame chat window too.
