Regulating DOF (Depth of Field)

In Atlas, under the "Post-processing settings" under the "Environment"-tab, the settings for "Post Effect" include "DOF", "default" and "hdr". The standard (and only) setting for DOF is too strong, rendering this potentially important graphics setting unused.

Ideally, DOF should have it's own separate sliding bar, that can regulate the intensity of the DOF, as is the case with many other graphics options under the Environment tab.

Secondarily, it would be nice to be able to toggle on/off the DOF, while in-game. If no DOF has been set in Atlas, a simple default DOF could be optional in the settings in-game. (Default DOF should be subtle)

These changes will make DOF a lot more useful, and make screenshots, and the in-game experience all the more beautiful.
