As discussed with players in the community and mod/player mapkoc, that we should have colors for buddy players and games for the lobby applied to the rating field and presence status.
Feature is optional settable in options from the lobby.
Colors can be setted in user config (user.cfg).
Also the user player should have a unique color suggested blue color from player slot 1 but lighter.
Code is finished and ready to test and commit.
