Make Lobby Player Presence In Chat
As u cannot see when player join game or went away when lobby list filled u should see in chat presence of player.
Could be done by changing brightness in message.
Or with dot showing color of presence.
Sometimes good to know rate of player that talk. Optional set rate to player in chat.
Code is finished and ready to commit.
