Let VictoryScripts work in Atlas

Description

When simulating a game in atlas the victoryscripts aren't loaded, while they should. So enabling the capture the relic checkbox should spawn relics f.e. The scripts should be loaded from the json's and put in the gameSettings object, similar code would be in Gamesetup.cpp
