It took more than 10 to 20 seconds to compute the next turn, despite the affected players having lost only few remaining units.

Adding debug output showed that it is

(1) the `Clean` call in the `Auras` component, called from `OnPlayerDefeated` in this component and
(2) only relic entities that cause heavy lag
