Gaia buildings should be automatically attacked by siege units

Description
If you attack Gaia automatically by siege units, they will only attack buildings that can defend themselves, such as a tower or cc. I think that's a problem. Because if you attack Gaia on the Jebel-Barkal map, you have to order every attack on every building itself.
Siege units should also prefer buildings to normal units when they attack automatically.

I agree about gaia buildings, but maybe others don't. Was added in r14494.
