when I start the game 0 A.D. crashes and gives me an error then it closes the application

when the game crashes it gives me this message

Please tell us when the crash occurs (alt tab? matchstart?) and upload the crash log and mainlog: wiki:ReportingErrors, also try if disabling GLSL helps or whether 0AD had worked before (maybe an OS update broke it).
