  • update scripts (if someone still cares about that)
  • update docs (if someone still cares about that)
  • update simulation/data/technologies/. It's currently broken (at r21821). To be more explicit: the civ and notciv values have to be properly checked and modified.

If I'm not mistaken, Kushites are the only ones with blood.

(To be more explicit the issue for 3 (could occur) occurs when kush captures building.)

Every civ has blood though I do not see how it is relevant.
