* Open Atlas.
* Place a civic center for player 1
* Click on play.
* Place a few rally points with maj + click 
* Change the player of the civic center to player 2
Current Behaviour:
* The flags change owner but remain visible
* you have to replace as many rallypoints after recapturing that building to make all those flags disappear.
Expected Behaviour:
* The flags are not visible and resetted.
