Rally points are not deleted if one selects the building just before it is captured. — at Version 1

Steps to reproduce:
- Open Atlas.
- Place a civic center for player 1
- Click on play.
- Place a few rally points with maj + click
- Change the player of the civic center to player 2
Current Behaviour:
- The flags change owner but remain visible
- you have to replace as many rallypoints after recapturing that building to make all those flags disappear.
Expected Behaviour:
- The flags are not visible and reset.

Rallypoints are a mess, Atlas too. Who will work on that for a24? There are some other tickets with flags that remain visible after selecting something else, may be related or identical bug.
