Support inheritance in special filter templates

Description
It would be nice to allow special filter templates to inherit from a parent template in order to prevent code duplication within the templates. Although the use case might be rare, one actual use case is the corpse template. This template applies to both units and structures. However, only the units should have pitch-roll applied (see Phab:D263).
