5454	Storehouse building sometimes stuck at 1 health	Krinkle		"Trying out the latest trunk locally (macOS). Single player mode, got random civ as Britons. After about 3 minutes I build a storehouse and no matter what I do to it, it won't build. It stays at health 1/640. Added units, removed units, won't go up.
