Switch to SDL2 clipboard API

Description
SDL2 provides a clipboard API, which should replace our current OS-depdendent implementations.
Need to verify it works on all supported platforms: Windows XP/7/8/10, Linux, macOS 10.9+. Also verify UTF-8 support.
