Range are not displayed when pressing tab

Description
Currently when pressing tab all the health bars and experience bars are displayed all the time. It would be nice to display ranges as well.

If Im not mistaken that idea had been discussed already, either on IRC or phabricator when the ranges (aura, attack, healer) were added.
One can make it a separate hotkey and assign that to the tab key by default.
This way one can have it without the ranges (might be too noisy and laggy), and in combination (unless the hotkey mechanisms change).
Displaying all ranges might be a bit tough, especially with all structure attack ranges. On the other hand, thats also the case when selecting those entities.
