Merge fgod features

Description
The fgod mod is one of the two most popular multiplayer mods:
It has the following features that should be merged:
- #5053 mod.json gui-only flag (GUI mods replaced the mod compatibility check)
- lobby subpages (opening the options page, summary page, replay page from within the lobby, accessing the summary screen and replay of the last match)
- temple's summary overlay (Phab:D920)
- lobby ingame ping (when someone mentions your nick in the lobby, you get an acoustic notification)
- auto-login (entering the lobby page immediately upon program start)
- keep filter selection and column selection order when reopening the lobby page
These were the most popular features, and the features that the users of the fgod mod reported to be the reason they installed the mod.
