Description
Buildings should slowly rise out of the foundation as they are being constructed based on the percentage of construction.

Some way other games do this is by model swapping there is a model that does the animation for the building and then as its complete it swaps models for the build building. I do not know how this game does it but that is a possibility.

That's definitely something that would be nice to have eventually, but until then something like the above will be nicer than it is now :) Especially since it can be done once and affect all buildings, it's a lot more work to create creation animations for all models.

Duplicate of #21.
Not sure how much of the code is reusable/what's the best way to do it, but shouldn't it be possible to "just reverse" the decay? I mean it's basically the same thing apart from buildings rising and dead units sinking. There could be technical difficulties I'm missing though :)
