Snapping: make sure buildings are rotated correctly

Description

When using the building snapping feature, buildings tend to rotate such that their backside is facing the camera, instead of the "preferred", default side.

This ought to be fixed as the buildings generally look better from their preferred side.

Ideally they shouldn't rotate at all when that is not needed.
