Description
No mouse cursor / pointer in fullscreen with multiple monitors (3) in Windows 10. I need to press ALT + ENTER to enter windowed mode to see the cursor and use the mouse. I then drag the game window to fill the screen. However, I can't move the game window (left/right/up/down) by moving the mouse to the edge of the screen, so I have to use the keyboard keys to move the game view around the map or click the mini-map to jump to a location. It's still playable but quite annoying. Great game anyway. Thanks

Sorry for not reacting earlier, but have you tried disabling the hw_cursor? See e.g. https://wildfiregames.com/forum/topic/16161-mouse-cursor-disappearing-in-fullscreen-in-windows-7.
Scrolling part is a duplicate of #3759.
