Overlaying overlays in options — at Version 1

When one disables and enables some of the overlays there are sometimes two overlays overlaying each other displayed:
The issue seems to be that each page draws their own overlay. In A23 we didn't noticed the double overlays cause they reacted simultaneously on changes in the options. With the OOP-rewrite it seems that the overlay of the underlying page only gets updated after we close the settings page.
