The problem can be reproduced only in the minimum 0AD window size (1024x768), in full screen view on a modern 1920x1200 screen the information does not collide with the header.
In the GIF below you see the number `00:40` is displayed above the header `Date/Time` and the number `(2)` is displayed above the header `Map name`.
